The service

JobPacket helps you evaluate job postings, tailor your CV and cover letter to them, and track your applications. Documents are generated with AI assistance from the profile you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy before sending it to an employer — JobPacket only claims what your profile supports, but the final check is yours.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and the activity under them. Give us accurate information, and do not use the service to misrepresent your qualifications to employers.

Plans and credits

The Free plan includes a starter packet. Paid packs and subscriptions are billed through Stripe and described on the Plans page at purchase time. A packet credit is spent when a packet is successfully built; if a build fails, the credit is returned automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, attempt to access other accounts' data, or use JobPacket to send spam or bulk unsolicited applications. Job listings shown in JobPacket come from public sources and belong to their respective employers.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or the accuracy of third-party job listings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
